Device Repair
1. Centaur Software reserves the right to refuse to repair a Device under warranty where the Device has been misused, dropped, intentionally damaged or not used in accordance with devices Standard Operating Procedures.
2. Centaur Software will inspect the Device returned for repair. Where the device is NOT under warranty a quote for repair will be provided to the customer.
3. For Devices not under warranty, the repair will only commence once the customer has accepted the repair quotation costs provided by Centaur Software.
4. If the customer wishes to NOT proceed with the device repair, Centaur Software can either return the unit to the customer at your expense or dispose of the equipment on your behalf.

- Mediaray Plus 1-2 Weeks
Delivery / Shipping - Devices under Warranty
1. Centaur Software will arrange for the device to be picked up from ___ and shipped to Centaur Software Head office.
2. Centaur Software will arrange for the device to be delivered to ___ from Centaur Software Head office.
3. Centaur Software will insure the device for any loss or damage whilst goods are in transit between ___ and Centaur Software Head Office.
4. If on receipt of device the box is damaged or the repaired unit is faulty, you must contact our offices immediately.
Delivery / Shipping - Devices NOT under Warranty
1. The customer ___ will be charged for all shipping fees related to the device being repaired.
2. Centaur Software is not liable for any loss or damage whilst goods are in transit between ___ and Centaur Software Head Office. It is recommended that the customer ___ insure the device for shipment to Centaur Software Head Office.
3. If on receipt of device the box is damaged or the repaired unit is faulty, you must contact Centaur Software Head Office immediately.
