1. Yacht safety:
I hereby declare that the yacht conforms to the safety regulations contained in the current Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS), and prescriptions of World Sailing and Australian Sailing and applicable state legislation and regulations.

2. Third-party insurance:
I confirm that the yacht is insured with current third-party liability insurance of less than $10,000,000 per incident.

3. MYC/YA members or Sailpass:
I confirm that the skipper and all crew members are members of Merricks Yacht Club or another Yachting Australia-affiliated club, or that they have registered for a Sail Pass with Merricks YC.

4. DECISION TO RACE:
The responsibility for a boat’s decision to participate in a race or to continue racing is hers alone. (RRS Part 1 – Clause 4)
